RMS Surveyors has a long tradition of service in the east Waikato region - in excess of 20 years.

Director - Rod Young - has worked for RMS Surveyors for the previous 20 years as a Registered Land Surveyor/ Licensed Cadastral Surveyor. He has owned the company since 2005 and has a wide knowledge of the land within the district.  Rod Young is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors and is a registered professional surveyor committed to ongoing professional development in the industry.

Rod has worked closely with the Matamata Piako District Council and Hauraki District Council for years and knows the ins and outs of the Resource Management Act and its amendments, the Land Transfer Act and the various local district plans. RMS Surveyors has completed surveys for engineering design purposes as well as land acquisition surveys throughout the Matamata Piako District over the years.

His team has worked on many subdivisions, resource consents, easements, cross leases, and boundary definitions.

RMS Surveyors utilises the latest technology - Wireless Total stations, Trimble GPS, 12d software, broadband internet connection.
